What is the best part about your compensation package?

The zoo offers great affordable benefits options, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. They ar supportive of staff taking time off, providing a great accrual rate for vacation time, mutliple personal days, maternity leave, and includes two float holidays in addition to typical holidays off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The gap between executive pay and how they pay well experienced applicants, often with vast experience or advanced degrees is staggering. I would feel better if it was higher starting salary for these type of candidates, and more value invested in ALL full time staff.
