What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, savvy, approachable and transparent. Goals are clear and communicated well.
I was so impressed by the executive team, everyone has been so down-to-earth, genuine and passionate about the work and their teams.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is extremely competitive.
Really comprehensive benefits, especially considering our current stage of growth. Its clear our exec team puts our employees and their needs first.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has an amazing attitude and always pitch in to help each other. We have many ways to surface ideas and the environment is very collaborative.
Transparent communication from the top down.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The broad array of people I interviewed with.
It didn't feel like an interview, it was more of a conversation, and you could tell that the interviewers were looking to get to know you as a person, not just what your resume said.
The interview team was extremely engaged in the process from start to finish
