What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are such an approachable group that truly do put their people first. The team are so considerate with how they approach every initiative and communicate really well to the wider group. They empower their teams and are loyal souls.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexible benefits which allows you to spend some money on something that truly celebrates me as a person is the best part about the package. All the initiatives celebrates people at an individual level and I love that
The Total Rewards program where you can choose how to spend your flex benefits is really unique. Love having the flexibility!

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are truly invested in the company and the product. It is such a fun environment to work in because everyone respects the value of each person in the business and gives recognition where it is due. It is a super laid back team environment and is what keeps me coming back!
Very collaborative, driven and all around good people!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is definitely the best part of the culture at the company. The people you get to work with each and everyday are a combination of inspiring, humble and extremely fun. We all just really get along.
The culture is people-first without a doubt. The policies are very progressive (Parental Leave, Pregnancy Loss, Transpositive Inclusion) and everyone can share their opinion freely.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick and consistent feedback. I also got to meet heaps of people within the team and the leadership group which was awesome.

What makes you most happy at work?
The team makes me most happy. They are the things that keeps me striving for the best outcome because I know how much it will impact them and keep them smiling. We all have eachother's backs and it is a really supportive environment.
