What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pay is significantly lower than other studios. They have been telling employees that they're trying to be "more competitive" re: compensation, but let's just say below a certain level, no one is seeing that effort. If Lionsgate wants to keep talent, they should consider paying them a lot better.
