They're communication is awesome, leaving nothing important outta frequent meetings keeps the whole factory well informed and keeps us running very efficiently.

Everything honestly. Great pay, caring staff, and every opportunity to excel and be the best you can be for yourself and the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
All relevant information is disclosed with the entire shift, they bring back different sections of workers until everyone has been updated which keeps things moving smoothly
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's a very well monitored pay rate system in place which is nice. It's nice to know your appreciated and thank yous are great and all but a raise says it the best
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very friendly atmosphere, it's almost a second home. People's birthdays don't go unnoticed and if anyone's been hospitalized or is sick we all pass a card around and sign it, even take up donations sometimes if someone's going through a rough time.... Love it
