Smart group of people moving the company forward
My leadership team is always available to assist the team with their questions
Everyone is driven and expected to be a leader, of themselves, and those around them. We are truly in this together and always focused on being and building leaders.
They want the employee to feel fulfilled and grow.
That most of them are actually interactive and not micromanaging

They're communication is awesome, leaving nothing important outta frequent meetings keeps the whole factory well informed and keeps us running very efficiently.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people like humans rather then just a number
They need to recognize the hard workers in the ones that actually go out of their way to achieve and stop coddling the ones that don't
Talking to the employees with respect
It would have to get worse to get better.
They hire people they know and band together against anyone right for the job

Culture change from imperial, long-term, entrenched management to skilled competitive talent outside of Michiana area. Remote work for office and technology employees. Better communication and improve isolation/siloing of departments. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
