Poor management - Do not motivate their teams
Understanding the business they are verses the business they THINK they are in. After 15 years its obvious they are not.

Base salary, bonus and benefits
Pension benefits are not bad

Less passive aggressive and more supportive of each other
Too much influence of the CEO in EVERYTHING. He needs to move on and let others run the company
