What part of LiquidSpace's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Business development is growing as it should. Technology is lacking and holding the company back. Cutting corners is not how you achieve a top notch product.
What do people at LiquidSpace think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Mark is a great human being and inspirational leader; just lacks clear focus.
How's the work life balance at LiquidSpace?
In certain departments work life balance does not exist.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at LiquidSpace?
Transparency. There's a real lack of transparency even when leadership is "being transparent." Pay. As it relates to the industry, pay scale and structure is on the low side. No cost of living increases or merit raises based on contribution to company. Talent. High turnover in the last year. Company has not replaced the loss of talent in key roles. Focus. A real lack of of focus. Too many projects and ideas with no clear goal in sight. A lot of unfinished ideas and projects left on the table.
