What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very personable and approachable. They take pride in the company and value the employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation days increase every year. We also get a personal holiday to use at our own discretion each year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if departments were treated equally. If someone reaches the top of their pay scale and is competent in their position, find away to reward good work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, the team gets along well. We take time to get to know each other on a personal level. Everyone works together to share ideas and support one another rather than being in competition with one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some need to learn patience
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the people will go above and beyond to help others
It's very family friendly and we're able to easily balance work and family.
I work alone, so that makes my co-workers tolerable!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a group interview with three supervisors in one room. They were each very polite and friendly. Aside from the standard interview questions, we had a casual conversation where we got to know each other on a personal level. It was a relaxing and almost fun interview.

I enjoy the work I do and the challenge it gives me. I enjoy the people I work with and the positive environment.
