    Press EasyScan to E-mail

    If you have not used the scanner before, you'll need to add your email address to the scanner's address book:

    Press Edit Account

    Press Register Account > OK

    Type in your email address and press OK

    Type in your first name

    Press No

    Press Yes and press OK

    Press the type of file you wantto scan to (select PDF if unsure)

    Once you've selected your scan options, press OK

    Load your paper into the document feeder or onto the glass

    If you have used the scanner before:

    Find your name in the list and press it

    Press the type of file you wantto scan to (select PDF if unsure)

    Once you've selected your scan options, press OK

    You should receive your scan via email.

  • Once invited to collaborate by a Lithium employee, you will receive an email asking you to accept an invite to collaborate. If you have not received this email, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to your Lithium contact to ensure the invite has been sent. Log in here

    Once you accept the invite, you will be taken to a page to sign up for an account. If you already have a personal Box account, you can login with it by clicking the link towards the bottom of the page that states Log in here.

    The link will take you to a page where you can login using your Box account if you already have one.

    You will then be given the opportunity to personalize your Box experience. This can be skipped by clicking on the Skip this and go straight to Box link.

    Next, you will be quickly introduced to the Box interface. This can also be skipped by pressing on the X in the upper right-hand corner.

    You will now have access to any folders that have been shared with you. You will also have access to any files or folders within the shared folder(s).

    If your password has already expired, you will need to generate a temporary password by following the steps below. This process will send you an SMS code to your mobile number registered with OneLogin:

    1. Go to OneLogin at https://lithium.onelogin.com

    2. Click on the Forgot password link https://lithium.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201041197-Lithium-Mac-Workstation-Password-Reset

    3. Enter your Lithium email address and click Continue

    4a. Select SMS

    4b. If you don't have SMS set up, you can click on "Email Option" where you will get an email from OneLogin.

    5. Enter the Reset Code and click Retrieve Password to generate a temporary password.

    Once you have your temporary password, log into your computer with your expired password and launch the VPN software with the new temporary password. Once you are connected to the Lithium network, reset your password using the standard password reset directions.

  • If youre having trouble logging into Box, and you already have an account, youll need to reset your password. This can be accomplished through the following steps:

    Your password can be reset by visiting this link.

    You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Box account.

    Once you enter your email address and click Reset Password, you will be sent an email from Box asking you to reset your password.

    Once you click Reset Password, you will be taken to a webpage allowing you change your password. Enter your and confirm your new password and then click the Reset Password button.

    You will be redirected to the sign in page and receive a confirmation page letting you know you reset your password successfully. You can now sign in.
