What makes you most happy at work?I believe I make a meaningful contribution to my team and I am compensated fairly for my efforts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Great work environment in austin engineering.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?just waiting until we miss our sales numbers again and the CEO gets fired. only then will we be able to regrow and be a strong company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I love working with my local team. We are very tight and loyal to each other. If another company with competent leadership came in and needed a whole engineering team we would leave as a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Vista needs to clean house on e-staff. CEO and head of HR are a joke. They hired a bunch of people without properly vetting them to make their hiring goals.
