The attitude from supervisors. A better match with the 401 k
It just seems like the work you do on a daily basis isn't that important to management. you really get no recognition for all the hard work you do. they have people lined up to take your place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are always there when you need a hand if they can make time to help, cause they understand how unrealistic the demands they put on there employees.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
its clean and also air conditioned.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
they need to provide help to people who are genuinely trying there best, but end up getting behind because some parts need to go to repair then you get backed up with no way to catch up. makes the whole shift so miserable.
