Flexible. People are allowed to schedule there time around any outside needs they have.
Good. It is a pretty chill company with a light workload.
How does Littlstar make decisions around promotions?
Promotions are based on both employee performance and company performance. They have recently implemented a new review process as they quickly growing that will structure and tie into the promotion and future bonus program.
Not sure yet, haven't seen one.
Does Littlstar have any remote positions?
No. WFH is looked down upon.
How's the vacation policy at Littlstar?
Employees hired before July 2017 have unlimited. New employees get two weeks.
