Michelle Lin is an incredible CEO, leader, and friend. She runs the company so differently from any other place I've worked and has totally changed the management game!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This isn't a 9-5 job. It's more of an "accomplish your work" type of job. You have the freedom to work from home if you like. If you need to pick up your kids from 2-3, that's totally fine. You are trusted to complete your work effectively and efficiently on your own time to meet deadlines.
