What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

everyone is respectful. the company isn't uptight so you don't have to put up a front and you can voice opinions freely

The company culture is fun, friendly, open & laid-back.

This isn't a 9-5 job. It's more of an "accomplish your work" type of job. You have the freedom to work from home if you like. If you need to pick up your kids from 2-3, that's totally fine. You are trusted to complete your work effectively and efficiently on your own time to meet deadlines.
