    There is nothing wrong with my co-workers. My personality is just one that like to be alone. Meetings and interaction have been good and productive. But I don't look forward in excitement for them.

    I'd prefer to talk about these specifics when anonymity is not involved. Without getting too specific, I love the support of my manager and leadership, but believe that my position and responsibilities have a stronger value than have been recognized so far.
