What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?That everyone is excited to be around each other. Having small events to larger events to bring people together, there is a pure excitement.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is helpful and works together to get the job done. Even if the job isn't something they work on.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There is nothing wrong with my co-workers. My personality is just one that like to be alone. Meetings and interaction have been good and productive. But I don't look forward in excitement for them.
