What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and really listen to my ideas I have.
Leadership provides a strong strategic focus, while also exhibiting enthusiasm and focus on transparency and building an amazing, inclusive culture!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel compensated strongly, especially for a startup this early on! Its comparable to much larger companies + the equity offers are great. Unlimited PTO and health benefits are amazing as well.
Paid well and good perks for those in office

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd prefer to talk about these specifics when anonymity is not involved. Without getting too specific, I love the support of my manager and leadership, but believe that my position and responsibilities have a stronger value than have been recognized so far.

Just work way more than 40 hours a week a lot of the time. Salary is nice and appreciated however life is not based on a 60 hr work week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is helpful and works together to get the job done. Even if the job isn't something they work on.
Everyone has a bias towards action - they all put their hands up to help when someone needs it. Not to mention, everyone really feels bought into the mission and is dedicated to build something huge.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is nothing wrong with my co-workers. My personality is just one that like to be alone. Meetings and interaction have been good and productive. But I don't look forward in excitement for them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is excited to be around each other. Having small events to larger events to bring people together, there is a pure excitement.
We get a ton of trust to make decisions and everyone feels like their opinions are heard. We are also at a super exiting time - there is a ton of momentum and we're growing fast!
We are honest about our workloads and assist each other when we need help. Everyone truly lives out our values.
Everyone is very friendly and positive. No put downs or bad attitude to deal with.

The people. Helping them out and working along side them. Their drive to do something good helps push me.
The team! I love the people I work with, and the technology we're building.
