What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is excited to be around each other. Having small events to larger events to bring people together, there is a pure excitement.
We get a ton of trust to make decisions and everyone feels like their opinions are heard. We are also at a super exiting time - there is a ton of momentum and we're growing fast!
We are honest about our workloads and assist each other when we need help. Everyone truly lives out our values.

Again, the best thing about the overall culture at LiveControl is the attitude and energy. Each and every individual at LC has a very unique personality and is super kind! We all bring something a little different to the table and that is what makes us....us!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. We work as a team to get things done and the communication is on point. It's just growing pains. A lot to do with not a lot of people.
