What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel compensated strongly, especially for a startup this early on! Its comparable to much larger companies + the equity offers are great. Unlimited PTO and health benefits are amazing as well.

We are a start up but we don't have start up benefits! We have a good set of benefits that works for me and my family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'd prefer to talk about these specifics when anonymity is not involved. Without getting too specific, I love the support of my manager and leadership, but believe that my position and responsibilities have a stronger value than have been recognized so far.

Just work way more than 40 hours a week a lot of the time. Salary is nice and appreciated however life is not based on a 60 hr work week.
