What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very hands on and involved in the day to day business.
The best part about the leadership team would be their vision for the future and how you can have a direct impact on the business. They encourage people within the business to bring their own ideas to the table and how it could improve a process or department.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Payday is every Friday, you get paid weekly!
The best part about my compensation is I get a solid base pay but a monthly bonus that is based on my performance. It is nice to see your pay increase when you have been working very hard to reach attainable goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
People on the Team want to win and come to work with a great winning attitude every day.
The team I work on does an excellent job of listening to one another's ideas and then taking the best course of action to put those to work. When one person is over loaded with work the others step up and assist whenever possible.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are willing to help each other.
The people are by far the best part of the environment. Seeing everyone work together to reach weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals is refreshing based on some of my previous jobs.
