Great leadership, they listen to me
The culture here is awesome! Working enviroment is pleasant

Being present at our HQ.
Leadership should help us focus on the customers instead of rolling out more HR processes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity via stock options. But we need a secondary market to make them truly valuable.
The base salary and opportunity at share options.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Standard overpriced and not great benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration we have in the Chicago office is strong due to our beautiful new space.

Doing the interview in person is much better than over VC.
