Lead. They dont lead and are awful.

Nothing. Its awful. Office feels like a funeral parlor.

Management is horrible. Company is in pieces and needs more cohesivemess.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lockton is homophobic, transphobic and unless you're white and good looking, youre not getting the job. Disgusts me.
