What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper mgmt needs to recognize managers with poor leadership skills and deal with it instead of ignoring it and watching teams get stretched to their limits.
Caring about people. PEOPLE OVER PROFITS.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love our discount option for our health insurance making it extremely affordable

Lockton needs tuition assistance, not just coverage for insurance certificates.

So many meetings. Leadership at lockton = being able to create a powerpoint and oversee a meeting.

The culture is what sets lockton apart
There are nice people but they are blindly loyal to a company. Not themselves. Theyre working themselves to death for a place rhat doesn't care about them.

Leaders should actively listen to feedback and take action

At the time, they asked interesting questions and answered all of my questions too

Better managers and leadership. Listen. This is a culture of fear.
Lockton is homophobic, transphobic and unless you're white and good looking, youre not getting the job. Disgusts me.
