    Typical Chinese company and lots of drama and favoritism. Retaliation is part of the company culture. Employee education level does not match to their assigned position. Lack of work experience and professionalism. Their China based employee is much more talent.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    All coworker should be treated fairly, especially on pay scale. Although this company is China based company, but it should be diversify and provide other None - Chinese background employee the fair opportunity.

    More diversify and equal opportunity. Stop drama and favoritism.
