How's the work life balance at LogoMix?
Upper management needs to lead by example better. Managers work long hours which makes it seem like everyone else needs to as well. There are no "set" hours and there is always work to be done. Employees should work with managers to set realistic expectations

How does LogoMix make decisions around promotions?
Promotions are done once a year during review time. During the year it is important that managers speak to employees regarding their performance to make sure that they are set up for success not only during review time but also for their career. We promote from within as much as possible.
