What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance for myself is great. I love my coverage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't have stock options. I'm more upset about the benefits package, mainly that adding a dependent increases the cost 10x
What are some of the best things about your team?
They like being here. They are friendly. They love what we do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are great!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have great perks—free coffee & soda, an Outdoor Center, and company parties. But that doesn't always make up for bad judgement/leadership
I think there is a good work/life balance. Generally speaking I think people want to grow.
