Making their employees feel appreciated.
Respecting those who work for them and promote within, not from the streets.
cooperation w/one another so that the workers aren't doing extra because they don't want to have to
To be paid more & know that when you retire you will be able to live on your benefit.
Our health insurance used to be great, now copays are almost unaffordable.
laid off coworkers and re-distributed work but didn't compensate for extra duties w/pay. also the cost of living increase was done away with for so long the increase in insurance every year has caused us to all lose pay. Make it impossible to raise income to a level that makes it possible to retire.
From what I have seen online, especially on salary.com, I am underpaid by several thousand dollars each year. What would make me feel better would be about a 10% increase in my pay.
A better attitude. More initiative to resolve issues on their own.
Better productivity at the mid managerial level and more initiative from lower level professionals
Respect all employees and promote from within.

I don't like feeling that I am not appreciated.
We do not get respect or sufficient support from upper management.
we have been moved around into smaller work areas but given no less work to fit into the space provided we have divided jobs/work load as positions have been either lost or laid off and all for no additional pay or compensation. you can only take away so much w/out giving any in return.
The only thing I would change would be to allow for more flexibility for telecommuting.
