I like that they can manage to work things out when there is any sort of problem.

The best part is that I get paid a lot, but not as much as others who work at other hospitals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I often have to cover shifts for thers, but don't get any kind of extra pay, even if it's houra past my usual check out time.
