What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think I lead it quite well, if I am being honest, but we all make mistakes and it is all about trial and error and retaining good employees that align with your vision, and being able to let go of what does not work and to be swift and just.

We are all like a family, whether by relation or we gain them by deep bonds and friendships.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a lengthy one but I appreciate how thorough and nonjudgy it is. I loved the entire process, I would not have changed a thing about how it could have been executed otherwise. I gained a lot from the hiring process.

What makes you most happy at work?
The general vibe and energy of everyone even when we have to pull 100+ hours of work during projects and we all show up smiling while goin on the 90th hour awake by choice. We are all addicted to our work even though we do not have to work we still work because it is fun.
