Hourly wage was fair and accurate

more pay for the amount that was told for us to do
Part time employees only get hourly pay, but do receive a nice in store discount.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers were great. Manager was terrible

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
even though there are sales goals there is not pressure that pace of consumers entering the store is something you can control.
The most positive part would be interacting with the costumers who come in.

The coworkers and general store environment is not overly stressful and maintained even when I have had a day off.

I feel like my company pushes a sale on every costumer.
