What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always support each other in order to deliver excellent results to their clients.
One of the best start ups to work in flatiron district. The work experience as web developer intern helped me in my career. The people and management are really friendly and have a vision to take the company to great heights.
Continue with what you're doing. Consider having regular progress meetings with your employees every 3-4 months.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lumina is a great company that genuinely values its clients and employees. The CEO is reasonable, fair, and has an open door policy when it comes to ideas and suggestions. Working here helped me become a better developer, and I was excited to go into work every day.
