What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base and variable compensation are generous and competitive, but what gets me most excited about my compensation is the equity package. My compensation grows as the company thrives, and our new hire grants demonstrate leadership's confidence in the company's value and continued success.
The equity package is great. It's exciting to be a part of a company that incentivizes excellence in that way.
