Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has an open door and willing to listen to any and all ideas. They communicate updates from the top down.
They actually care about individuals and not just getting work done at all cost.
The leaders really care about the employees, not just at work, but personally too.
Our leadership team is incredibly smart, trustworthy, and innovative. I know the future of our company is in the best hands.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full health care, 401K match plan (that I'm not even fully taking advantage of yet), tons of paid holidays and vacation and so much more. LyntonWeb has really NAILED this to make employees feel valued and want to stay!
We get open PTO, so there isn't a limit
Unlimited paid time off. They even check in with you to ask if you need a day off if you haven't taken a vacation in a while.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to collaborate and jump on a call to answer any questions.
People are always willing to jump in and help each other. You never hear anyone say "that's not my job".
dedicated, they want to help the customers and each other.
Our team culture is very laid back, yet everyone is extremely accountable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Peers recognizing each other on a daily basis and really like how we share about our personal lives.
People get recognized for doing good work and people are always willing to help out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to.
The group interview where I got to talk and meet with future team members and ask them questions about the role I would be doing from their perspective.

The culture is something everyone prides on. I love being a part of that here!
Knowing that I've got the support of management to do my job and the flexibility to do it in the way I see best.
