What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team demonstrates humility & values diversity, looking for ways to increase our DEI goals. They are accessible to all levels of the organization they value our opinions & seek them out. They walk the talk!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fostering a better more supportive culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits plan is comprehensive. Medical/dental/vision - it's good. We have some extras that are location specific and some that entrprise wide. Extras include cell service, employee stock purchase plan, on site gym (Houston), and many others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard and other companies pay higher. Thia company brings in 40 Billion dollars. The increase after the integration was not much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really acts like a team. We build each other up. My rely on the shared knowledge and the Power of Many.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communicate. Be less critical and more approachable. Less judgemental. We're on the same team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strong safety culture and our leadership team is headed in the right direction.
