Leadership is clueless on where to take the company and it frustrates everyone. Can't seem to get it together

Lots of smart and talented people that are collaborative and doing great work. It is a start up so be prepared to work. But they offer great flexibility (no meeting Fridays and Friday afternoons off). Great culture.

I joined during the pandemic and can see during my time that the company continually strives to improve. Not content to rest on its laurels in any way. The people are wonderful - looking out for each other, empathetic, and really caring about our customers.

Lytics is clearly a group of people who are excited about working together on hard problems. I've found the team to be both incredibly bright and very kind. A powerful combo.

Variable comp component increases as the company grows.

Lytics needs to compete in the marketplace for talent and makes sure the compensation package is in line with the market. I've been at other companies which try to secure talent on the cheap, which never works out well in the long run.

Look out for each other and have one another's backs. Sometimes, it's tough when someone is out due to parental leave or a family emergency and it's reassuring that our team can step in to help each other.

Team is experienced to know how to have fun as we grow together.

Information in team meetings is over-communicated. Information is shared so teams can reach their objectives by knowing what's going on in other departments. I've seen other companies operate in silos; not the mantra here.

Appreciate the regular focus on DEI

Just received an employee product swag box last week. The environment has been good as everyone has pivoted in the new economy.

Diversity, flexibility, positivity are ingredients in the recipe for employee success - to help employees work at their best level. Lytics is in Portland, Oregon and leverages inclusivity principles as you would expect.

Got to meet a great cross-section of folks, and it was a fairly fast process - not long and drawn out

Interviews at Lytics involve multiple players in multiple departments, usually involving the upper execs. Their approachability and big picture are refreshing.

The people, the flexibility and variety are some of the things i like at Lytics.

Flexibility and challenge. No shortage of things to do around here. Know the goal. Know due dates to achieve it. Communicate your plan and hit that target. Get kudos for doing that well. Not overly complicated, but surprising how often companies miss this.
