Open door policy and are all approachable.
Very focused on the business, strive to maintain a leadership position in the industry, they really care about their employees by providing ample opportunities for professional growth.

Staying true to mission and vision instead of being attracted like a magpie to whatever is in front of their face. Being proactive rather than reactive.

Get rid of the toxic people, even if they are high-skilled
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very relaxed and approached the interview as a conversation between two professionals. That helped me to be at ease and not nervous at all throughout the process.
