Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my experience, when the leadership believes in you, they really go all out for you
If we fail, the leadership knows it's starts with them. They will say we failed you, and you don't see that these days.
Open door policy. World class resources, technology, infrastructure.
They are always there for you and the entire team
Awesome management team! Manager's doors are always open when employees have concerns.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating in a general sense
Office staff/ managers take their power to a whole new level
The M.C. Dean Experience will differ depending on what vertical group you work for. There are some amazing great leaders here and some that have no business being in a leadership position.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is great.. 401k is better
HSA, pre tax savings, wellness benefits, 401k match, paid time off, company discounts
I believe that M.C. Dean pay is in the top 1% of the industry. As long as you are worth it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity of the teams on each shift. Almost everyone is real friendly.
The help everyone gives each other
Very intuitive, informative, supportive and transparent.
When i cam to M.C Dean i was humbled. i am used to being the best everywhere i go. However, when i got here everyone was the best from their previous company. We are encouraged to take classes and training to continue to lead the industry. I have never worked at a place with such great training.
Fun to be around and all enjoy what they do and are very good at it
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone does not communicate well due to lack of team building
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great resources, friendly people. Safe work environment.
Again this will differ greatly depending on what team you work for, but I love the environment of the National Accounts group. Everyone is very team oriented and always willing to help.
Our company always tries to keep up with new tech and innovations. Higher ups are open to suggestions from employees and are always trying to make it an even better place to work.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working from Home as an option
The multiple job opportunities, and encourage to become leader, great pay
I love challenges and being part of the greatest team in the industry. Not many companies put so much focus on pride and customer service. I mean really who doesn't want to be on the super bowl team every year?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers need to realize we have Bill's to pay too and that our body's need time to rest
