It was extremely fast! And I got to meet a variety of people, both on my team and off, to get a feel for the culture and just get to know the people I'd be spending lots of time with.

Transparency and accessible leaders. I can get in touch with anyone for any reason, whether its work related or just to say hi. We're kept very in the loop about business development, which makes me feel engaged in the business itself and not just my role.
