Lines of communication are always open with every person on the team. I feel empowered to reach out and introduce myself to folks I haven't met because the culture is friendly and open.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Those that interviewed me wanted to not only learn about my skillset but were interested in learning if I was a good fit for the team. Lior was interested in knowing who I was personally and that really resonated with me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their confidence and energy bleeds into the rest of the team. Leadership actively reaches out and asks about your life and day, truly making a connection that reaches farther than being a co-worker. Tremendous amount of respect to our leadership at Mabbly.
