The culture, the upbeat atmosphere.

I feel that I can ask any question or bring up any need and it will be heard and addressed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture is unreal. Everyone is cared for on a personal level and that makes everyone bring their best self to work!

I really got a feel for the company as a whole because I got the chance to talk to multiple folks in different roles at the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so kind, upbeat and talented. I'm looking forward to learning so many new things from each of them, in order to grow in my own role and as a person!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited time off - not that I'm going to take 1,000 vacations, but just the trust and the teamwork that allows us to feel that we can fully unplug when we designate our time off.
