I have loved working for this company. Previous leadership has been exceptional, however current department leadership is lacking.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have been more transparent with company direction and dedication to employees work-life-balance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have great benefits and if you are good at your job you receive 100% of your bonus.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I have the appropriate resources to do my job and when I am appreciated for the work that I do.

What did you like most about the interview process?

HR spoke to the history of the company and upcoming changes - I was hired in the middle of an acquisition.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are under new executive leadership and that has been very refreshing. They are transparent and are consistently launching new initiatives to improve culture.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Leadership of my department is lacking. The team would greatly benefit from someone who is better at handling the stress and general requirements of the job. Too often we walk on egg shells and decision-making flip flops quite a bit, making it hard to fully grasp how to best execute projects.
