Mack trucks is going backwards in every aspect

Dedicated and mostly knowledgeable in their area.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the practice questions over the generic tests.
The interaction with multiple players
I interviewed a decade ago. Now they take everyone who applies because there is no real desire to work here.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The rest of the world is paying their workers a better salary than before the pandemic. Not Mack. We even worked through the pandemic.
