What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are kind and seem very mature
They create a culture of work/life balance
They are always trying something new and innovating on their previous ways of doing things
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at scheduling and letting people move positions and not put them in the same position each shift
Get a new store director and then maybe you wont have associates quitting all of the time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
employee discount is probably the best part of this job
I am a part time worker who makes above min wage which is good but I do not get any benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More hours and better pay for the stuff i had to go through
Every associate was paid at a different hourly rate which is unfair to those who have been with the brand for a much longer time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All kind patient and mature
Supportive, hard working, like a family
We all understand that our SD is horrible so we bond over that.
The company attracts a high quality caliber of people who are team players
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More inclusive . They had their cliques and i didnt really feel welcomed when i started
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Empowered to aid each other and customers alike
Nothing was positive about it.
It feels like everyone cares about what they’re doing and the company
