What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about the direction of the company and very few places have I worked has there be such a leadership team willing to jump in and help for anything needed.
They genuinely care about their employees and are totally approachable

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We generally enjoy each other and joke. There are a lot of movie and TV quotes thrown around the office. The coworkers generally care about each other and work toward a common goal.
The majority of the team is mobile, we have a ton of flexibility and have the option to WFH or in the office
