There are no compensation or bonus packages. Some employees work the.job of 2 or 3 and should be recognized for their workload and managing it all with a bonus and recognition.
The yearly raise barely keeps up with the cost of living and does nothing to promote employee retention. The company posts hundreds of millions in profits and yet does not fully fund the employee bonus fund.
