Replacement of current Director and VP with anyone who leads with integrity and doesn't gaslight creating costly, high employee turnover and low employee engagement scores.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Access to skilled leadership who promote efficiency and productivity using positive methods rather than ignoring experienced, frontline healthcare professionals who identified critical client concerns that weren't addressed, leading to loss of longstanding contracts. Stop the gaslighting.Listen.

Our frontline is packed with hardworking, honest, integrous, licenssd healthcare professionals committed to helping fill gaps in healthcare and provide an exceptional client experience and to advocate for their members healthcare nerds to promote best possible outcomes including cost avoidance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Those on frontline who communicate daily with customers are knowledgeable, experienced, licensed healthcare workers who are providing exceptional, empathic and effective services to very ill people by helping them navigate and gain access to excellent medical and behavior health services..

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was hired by an entirely different leadership team including 5 changes in my manager in 3 yrs. and 4 changes in our Director.My first set of leadership was fabulous ... The best were let go or quit because of current leadership
