The company simply needs to value their employees more.

Working with my coworkers and I do enjoy what I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should have better benefits especially considering where we work. We also do not receive any recognition for years of service anymore either.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together If it weren't for the people i work directly with, I would have left the company a long time ago.
