Learn empathy and that emplouees are not widgets. They are only concerned about their circle, country club memeberships and ensuring their lives remain comfortable with access to first class, Four seasons and Michelin restuarants.

If it was closer to prevailing local wage range.

Ive been here so long I dont think Im paid fairly compared to others with the same title.

Replacement of current Director and VP with anyone who leads with integrity and doesn't gaslight creating costly, high employee turnover and low employee engagement scores.

Provding equitable compensation and stop the nepotism

I think we should have better benefits especially considering where we work. We also do not receive any recognition for years of service anymore either.

Those on frontline who communicate daily with customers are knowledgeable, experienced, licensed healthcare workers who are providing exceptional, empathic and effective services to very ill people by helping them navigate and gain access to excellent medical and behavior health services..

No outcomes that can be reproduce

Poor management on all levels, constant change with little thought for future inpact

bigger list of sustancial providers is needed to keep members. Update on the provider list periodically and more case manager or health specialist available to be assigned to members.
