Prior to joining Magellan in 2011, he was a shareholder at the Tulsa, Oklahoma Office of Gablegotwals law firm, specializing in securities law, mergers and acquisitions and energy transactions. He was elected a gablegotwals shareholder in 2003 and served on its Board of Directors from 2008 to 2011. Prior to joining Gablegotwals in 2001, he held various legal positions with Williams and served as an Associate Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
