Great at first. Lots of autonomy, visibly, cool work and cool coworkers. But good people mostly left, leadership is horrible, CEO is delusional, employees not empowered.

Strategy, communication, business planning, subject matter expertise, humility, trust
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart people, some really interesting subject matter experts (but without authority to make real decisions!)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual increases lower than inflation rate. Stocks are not liquid, have little value, and are not refreshed. Salary is ok but far from competitive.
